Der Hyundai ix45 auch besser bekannt als Santa Fe ist bei Hitzetests in den USA erwischt worden.

Your failed attempt of mocking a “foreign” brand. People do pay attention to what Hyundai produces (a lot more than you may like admit) Seems like you’ve been living under a rock lately as Hyundai is the fastest growing auto company in the world right now. The Hyundai/Kia Auto Group sold more vehicles than Ford Motor Company last year.

hyundai said 40mpg for this car. if its true, i will buy it! but knowing hyundai and their goal to be the most fuel efficient car company in the world they might pass the 40mpg goal for this car.

Hyundai has some of the better design styling going, I think this car will be a real looker when it debuts sometime in the first half of 2011.

honda crz killer. im really starting to see how big honda screwed up on the crz.
I wish they would have stuck with the Genesis 2.0T Motor, or now also the 2.0 300hp Sonata motor, and made it all wheel drive. Comptetion against the STi/EVO would have been sick. Decent looking car though. Saw one today at my Hyundai dealership.

@951sickms3 You’ve seen a production form Veloster in showroom already? @the Detroit show, CEO of Hyundai USA said it would arrive in the summer.
I think this car isn’t meant to compete with STI or EVo ; it wouldn’t do it justice even with the 2.0T in but it’s main function is to offer an affordable coupe/hatch for potential buyers of Civic, Celica (RIP) market. There is also rumours of a turbochaged version to solidify it as a bonafide “hot hatch”.
