V-Rooms™, a leading Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider, is offering its Canadian clients free data upload services to save costs associated with Canada’s new metered Internet usage laws, referred to as Usage-Based Billing (UBB). Clients may simply mail their files on CDs or DVDs to the V-Rooms staff, which will then upload their data for free, saving clients money in not exceeding bandwidth caps.

With UBB, Internet Service Providers (ISP) may provide end users with a very low upload/download cap, and charge them as they exceed that allowable amount. Monthly caps recommended have been as low as 25GB. For users who are viewing hundreds, possibly thousands, of documents and files in conjunction with a merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction, the bandwidth may easily be exceeded.

For those Canadian companies who are involved in cross border transactions, V-Rooms provides for a significant cost savings since the V-Rooms servers and ISP are located within the U.S. Therefore, when these documents and files are accessed by non-Canadian based end users, the bandwidth limitations do not even come into consideration.

“We are offering this free data upload service for our Canadian clients. However, we feel that the costs associated with UBB upload/download bandwidth caps will prompt some companies to move technologically backward, relying on paper, fax and courier services to exchange sensitive information. Actually, a new company is offering to download information, burn CDs and ship to their Canadian customers,” said Dan Bradbary, CEO of V-Rooms Virtual Data Rooms. “In reality, this type of data bandwidth restriction will tend to push business out of Canada into other countries, such as the U.S., where these restrictions do not exist. We just want to help our clients save money wherever they are located.”

In this era of the internet, when information sharing is at the touch of a button, the dilemma is how to keep sensitive corporate information confidential. With the current Wikileaks situation, having comprehensive document control features and audit trails will provide even more accountability in complex business transactions, and go a long way in controlling “data leakage”. The enactment of the Canadian UBB laws will be counterproductive to the handling of sensitive information and will be a technologically backwards step in the online sharing of corporate information.

The stunning revelations, in a just released WikiLeaks cable, about the reality of peak oil in Saudi Arabia apparently didn’t surprise Swiss UFO contactee, Billy Meier. In fact, Meier first published the same warnings nearly three years before WikiLeaks – with additional, not yet officially acknowledged details about the coming global oil crisis, according to Meier’s U.S. media representative, Michael Horn.

Horn said, “Once again, Meier has scooped the so-called government experts, big corporations and others with vested interests in keeping the truth safely hidden from the public. Fortunately, Mr. Assange ended up both revealing the hidden ‘secret’ information and corroborating Meier as a contactee in the process. I’m sure he didn’t even know that WikiLeaks had any information related to an actual UFO contactee.”

Tectonic Disturbances

“Meier warned decades ago that there shouldn’t be any more oil drilling – especially offshore – since it further destabilizes the tectonic plates. It results in an unnatural increase in frequency and intensity of earthquakes, seaquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis, such as we should prepare for now – since it’s too late to prevent them. Naturally, the government and the oil producers deny this because of our extreme dependence on petroleum.

“And speaking of oil, Meier also revealed the true extent of the BP Gulf disaster, which has been concealed from the public. We’ve just begun to see the full consequences of that event too. Hopefully the media at large will lift their embargo on the Meier case and begin to educate people about it, through print, broadcast and every form of social media. We also plan on expanding our own presentations in colleges, universities, etc.”

Scientific Corroboration

Horn suggested that there may now be some people in the mainstream media who do recognize Meier’s impeccable scientific accuracy. “It’s encouraging that Yahoo News just linked to Meier’s prophetic information warning about the inevitable danger of an impact by the Apophis asteroid. Perhaps someone at that news bureau isn’t impressed with the happy face spin from NASA scientists. The Russians, who have a big investment on preventing a disaster in their neighborhood, apparently took Meier’s warning to heart too.”

“When a high level scientist like David Froning says, ‘If what this Meier is saying is just a hoax, he’s being cued by some very knowledgeable scientists,’ it’s a good time for intelligent people to start to listen. Fortunately, we can now add the WikiLeaks peak oil information to the huge body of scientifically corroborated evidence from Meier and the Plejaren extraterrestrials. Anyone can start studying it for free and determine the truth for themselves. But that means of course that people have to start taking full responsibility for their own lives, which may scare some of them more than the prospect of running out of oil, or being hit by an asteroid,” said Horn.

Alex Scerbicke of Bartlett, Illinois, recorded amazing video footage of what appears to be a UFO or group of UFOs changing formation. Other people Alex has contacted have confirmed the lights are not a radio tower or anything of the like. What the objects in the sky are remains a mystery to Alex. He has submitted this video, with an image, to niternat.com and MUFON, in hopes of getting someone to investigate further.

According to one witness, this happens every night in the same spot. He states that sometimes there are up to 10 lights near each other, sometimes their are only three. They are big spheres that are extremely bright and usually rainbow colored. The location closest to where they fly over every night is in Crete, Illinois, near a road called Old Post Road by the Plum Valley subdivision. The witness was in his room last night looking out the window and saw three lights. They flew in a variation of fast and slow but they stayed in the same area almost the whole night.

According to another witness he and his son were out snowmobiling and noticed a strange pattern of orange lights in a giant V shape. Thinking they were just 12 aircraft in a hold pattern for O’hare International Airport, they drove up to a large hill and turned off the snowmobile to watch the lights. After sitting there for over 30 minutes, the lights never moved from their location. They only changed their pattern, from a single row of lights in a V shape, to a double row of lights that would split off from the original V. The highest light/object in the V shape pattern would start to rotate in a spiral clockwise pattern then stop and become a single light in the sky.

Amazon and EveryDNS have denied Wikileaks internet service and Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Bank of America have been prevented supporters from donating money to Wikileaks. This is despite the fact that Wikileaks has not even been charged with a crime.

Unfortunately, the situation has gotten even worse. The press has been spreading lies about Wikileaks. Mainstream media outlets do not appear to be doing even the most rudimentary fact-checking. The most blatant of these lies is the idea that Wikileaks has “indiscriminately dumped 250,000 cables on the internet”. This is flat-out false.

A few news organizations, including NPR and InformationWeek, have corrected this mistake, and NPR has even offered an apology. By contrast, most news organizations ranging from the AP to the Wall Street Journal continue to print this falsehood.

We call upon all news organizations to correct previous articles and statements, to issue apologies to their readers, and to take steps to prevent this mistake from occurring in any future articles and shows.

We will be protesting outside the TransAmerica pyramid, across from a San Francisco office of the New York Times, on Saturday, January 15th, at 4pm. On that day, we will be joining in protesting against the repression of Wikileaks with many others around the world, including Washington, DC, and several cities in Canada and Australia.

To counter the New York Times’s censorship of reality, we plan to publish the released cables on the walls of their building. In addition, participants will be provided cable printouts and markers and encouraged to throw down their artistic abilities by adding a graphic representation of their favorite cable to the Cablegate Coloring Book.
